Privacy notice
This notice explains what information Oddly Capable collects through this website, why it is used, how long it is kept and what choices you have.
Who is responsible
The legal person or entity acting as data controller must be confirmed before production launch. A public contact email must be confirmed before production launch.
Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, Oddly Capable receives the information you enter, such as your name, work email, organisation, the situation you describe and any optional context you choose to include.
Do not use the form to send passwords, authentication details, special category data or personal information that is not needed to understand your enquiry.
Free browser tools
The Capability Check, AI Opportunity Canvas, Workflow Clarity Map and Knowledge Handover Checklist process your entries in your browser. Their contents are not sent to Oddly Capable unless you deliberately copy or submit information through the contact form. If you choose to save a tool, it is stored in your browser's local storage and can be deleted using the control in that tool or your browser settings.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request; understand whether Oddly Capable can help; arrange and manage any agreed follow-up; keep appropriate business records; and protect the website and form from misuse.
The legal basis will normally be taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, or Oddly Capable's legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing its work. Where consent is required for a separate activity, it will be requested clearly and can be withdrawn.
